This Platter is designed to be put together quickly, perfect to enjoy on a relaxed afternoon or take around to a friends.

Instructions

Find yourself a large wooden board or serving platter as there’s going to be quite a lot of food to go on it.

Remove the cheese, GG products and dips from the fridge first so that they’re not fridge temperature when you serve them.

Peel the carrot and cut into matchsticks (julienne).

Quarter the radishes.

Cut the cheeks off the nectarines then slice.

Halve the cherry tomatoes if you’d like.

Strain the pickled onions and halve them if you’d like.

Add 1 tsp of oil to the popcorn packet and shake to coat the corn.

Fold bag over at the top 3 or 4 times to seal it then place in the microwave.

Heat for 2-4 minutes depending on microwave strength, until the popping corn slows to more than 2 second intervals.

add seasoning, re-shake well and empty into bowl.

Place the carrot dip and the pesto into bowls.

Break up the chocolate.

Arrange everything on a large serving platter or board and enjoy!
