1. USE OF WEBSITE SUBJECT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

USE OF GREENDINNERTABLE.CO.NZ (Website), FOOD BOXES AND SUPPLIES ARE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your access to, and use of, the Website and your purchase and use of the services and products able to be purchased via the Website is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Website, you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

2. REGISTRATION AND ORDERS\ORDERING RULES

  • Select the plan of your choice for weekly delivery.
  • Plans are available for 2 or 4 servings per night and 3, 4 or 5 meals per week.
  • Your order constitutes an order for an ongoing weekly purchase and delivery of your selected plan which will, subject to the right to suspend or cancel set out in these terms and conditions, continue indefinitely.
  • You can choose to suspend an order (for a set time) or cancel.
  • The cut off day and time for ordering is Sunday at 12:00am (midnight) the week before the next delivery (8 days notice).
  • The cut off day and time for suspending or cancelling an order is Sunday at 12:00am (midnight) the week before the next delivery (8 day’s notice).
  • Deliveries are made on Sundays. Christchurch between 9.30 and 2pm. Wellington 10am to 5pm and Auckland between 12am and 6pm.  Customers will receive a txt message on delivery. Deliveries may be made outside these hours due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

3. GREEN DINNER TABLE DISCRETION

Green Dinner Table: 

  • Has the absolute discretion to refuse the registration of potential customer for any reason;
  • Has the absolute discretion as to whether an order placed through its website is accepted or fulfilled. Green Dinner Table can cancel an order for any reason whatsoever. No compensation will be payable to you for any cancelled order.

4. CUSTOMER LIABLE FOR EVERY ORDER

You are liable for any and all orders placed under your Login.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1 PRICING –The price of each Box and its various options are listed on the website. The prices are inclusive of GST. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

Green Dinner Table reserves the right to change prices of its plans during the term of this agreement. You will be notified of any price change via email 14 days prior to the change taking effect.

5.2 INVOICES

Green Dinner Table will provide weekly invoices via email.

5.3 PAYMENT

  • Payment is always processed on Sunday morning. Your first payment will not be debited from your credit card until the following Sunday between 9 and 10am (unless your subscription is set up on a Sunday, then payment will be taken straight away). Payment is always debited one full week (7 days) in advance (i.e., payment debited on a Sunday for product delivery the following Sunday).
  • All payments on this website are processed securely through Stripe, a leading global payments platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
  • Your payment details are encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) and are never stored on our servers. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.
  • We never see or handle your full card details. All sensitive information is transmitted directly to Stripe’s secure servers, keeping your data safe at every step.

5.4. PAYMENT METHOD

You must pay Green Dinner Table for products ordered by credit card or debit card. For other forms of payment, please contact Green Dinner Table prior to placing an order through our website.

5.5. DECLINED CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

If your credit card payment is declined, we will automatically pause your subscription. We may contact you to try and arrange an alternate payment, in order to fulfil your requested delivery.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Green Dinner Table requires advance notice for order cancellations, suspensions, and changes so that we can accurately plan menus, purchase ingredients, and prepare food boxes for delivery.
  • Customers may cancel, suspend, or make changes to an upcoming order up until Sunday 12:00am (midnight Saturday) the week before the next delivery (8 day’s notice).
  • After this time, Green Dinner Table has typically already committed to purchasing ingredients, scheduling production, and allocating resources for orders. As many of our ingredients are fresh and perishable, late cancellations can result in costs that cannot be recovered.
  • For this reason, orders cancelled after midnight on Saturday will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total order value.
  • By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
  • Green Dinner Table reserves the right to waive or reduce the cancellation fee at its discretion in exceptional circumstances

7. REFERRAL PROGRAM

  • The referral offer is available to new Green Dinner Table customers only.
  • Referred customers must use the code SHARE20 when placing their first order.
  • To qualify for the referral reward, the referred customer must include the referrer’s name in the order notes at checkout.
  • The referrer will receive 20% off their next two Green Dinner Table boxes once the referred customer has successfully received and paid for their first two boxes.
  • Referral rewards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Referral discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
  • Green Dinner Table reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Green Dinner Table will make every effort to fulfil an order placed through our website, although we will not be liable to any person if we are unable to, or decline to, supply a Box or product for any reason.  If we are unable to supply a specific product, we may substitute with an alternative.

Green Dinner Table may delay dispatch or delivery of an item due to availability, we will always endeavour to notify you of any delay.

9. DELIVERY

9.1 DELIVERY AREAS

Please use the postcode checker to verify that your address is included in the delivery zone. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to placing an order through the website.

9.2 DELIVERY AND LIABILITY

  • Deliveries will, subject to these terms and conditions, be made to the customer supplied delivery address on the delivery date.
  • Green Dinner Table is entitled to commission third parties to make delivery.
  • From time-to-time, due to unforeseen circumstances we may be required to deliver outside of our advertised delivery times. In this instance, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any delays.

10. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Your delivery address can be changed in the ‘Your Account’ section. If you need to change your delivery address after a payment has been processed, you can notify us up to 72 hours prior to delivery the following Sunday.

11. OWNERSHIP AND RISK – RISK PASSED ON DELIVERY

Ownership, responsibility and risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the delivery address.

12. WARRANTIES

All representations, terms, warranties, guarantees, or conditions whether implied by statute, common law or custom of the trade or otherwise, including, but not limited to, implied warranties, guarantees or conditions of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, tolerance to any conditions or similarity to sample are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that you do not rely on any representation or statement made by or on behalf of any member of Green Dinner Table other than the express provisions of these terms and conditions. You must ensure that the Products are not used for any purpose for which they are not suitable and you are responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the Products. You expressly acknowledge and agree that Green Dinner Table does not assume any obligation or liability for any advice given, and that all such Products are accepted by you entirely at your risk.

13. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

13.1 ALLERGIES

While we offer a gluten-free option, all our condiments are produced in a facility where allergens are handled and processed. While allergen management and cleaning procedures are implemented to minimize the risk of cross-contact, the presence of allergens within the manufacturing environment means that trace amounts may be present in all products. Customers with food allergies or intolerances should review allergen information carefully and assess suitability prior to consumption. Allergens include: Peanuts, Soy, Sesame, Gluten, Wheat, Almonds, Cashews, Hazelnuts and Walnuts. You must take care checking all ingredients in boxes. 

13.2 INDEMNITY

Notwithstanding any other term, you agree to indemnify Green Dinner Table against all liabilities, losses, claims and expenses suffered or incurred by Green Dinner Table, and all claims and demands made against Green Dinner Table, arising directly or indirectly out of your use of the Website, any breach of these terms and conditions, or the delivery or failure to deliver any Products.

14. GOVERNING LAW – GOVERNED BY NEW ZEALAND LAW

New Zealand law governs the use of this Website and the terms and conditions.
