This seitan Sopressata is a show-stopper on a vegetarian platter. Spicy, peppery, slightly firm, decadent. Handmade in Otautahi and part of our plant based charcuterie collection. This is designed to be eaten cold on platters but can also be cooked. When crumbled it becomes the most delicious ragu you’ve ever had!
