There isn’t going to be much of a recipe for the platter. You will need a large platter or wooden board and some small bowls.

The olives should be warmed slightly, the cheese should be at room temperature, the fruit and vegetables need to be cut and the popcorn needs to be made.

Instructions

1

Remove the cheese from the fridge, unwrap and place on the platter.

Unwrap the Glazed Ham, thinly slice and place on platter.

Place the olives in a small pot, warm slightly then transfer to a bowl on the platter.

2

Remove the green from the radish, wash and halve.

Wash the cherry tomatoes.

Halve the pepper, remove core and thinly slice.

Place all of these on the platter.

3

Cut the nectarines in half and remove the stones, then cut into quarters.

Cut the apple in half, remove the seeds, then cut into batons.

Wash the strawberries.

Break up the chocolate.

Place the fruit and chocolate near each other on the platter.

4

Get a good sized pot medium hot with a good splash of oil. Put the popcorn in the pot and swirl constantly with the lid on until they start to pop. Once started to pop, they will cook fast, and should only take 20-30 seconds once starting to constantly pop.

Place in a bowl and toss with salt and pepper seasoning. These can be served in a separate bowl if there’s no space on the platter.

5

Arrange the pesto, hummus, bark, fruit and nuts around everything else and serve. Enjoy!
