The brownie can be warmed in a microwave or in the oven, the oven gives a better result as the crumble will crisp up.

The coconut whipped cream needs to be in the fridge for at least an hour before it’s whipped.

Cut the peaches in half and remove the stone, then cut into quarters.

Get a heavy-bottomed fry pan really hot. Add the peaches and allow to caramelise a little black is good, flip and brown the other side.

Whip the cream.

 

How much room does everyone have for dessert?

Potion the brownie accordingly.

Heat in the microwave or hot oven, serve with peaches and whipped cream.
