Midnight Sourdough. A dark rye sourdough base with seeds, roasted malt & molasses. This tinned multigrain will level up your toast and cheese platters. Order cut off is Wednesday 11am, Baked Friday, delivered with your box on Sunday! 

One of our favorite Bakeries for Sourdough in Christchurch is our neighbours at Grizzly!  Born in Christchurch in 2013, Grizzly Baked Goods started with hand-rolled bagels made overnight in a family kitchen by Sam Ellis.

What began at the local farmers market has grown into one of Christchurch’s – and ours – most loved artisan bakeries, now crafting thousands of sourdough loaves, bagels and other goodies each week.

Still driven by the same passion, Grizzly focuses on slow fermentation, quality ingredients, and bold, creative flavours — delivering real, handcrafted baking without compromise.  The perfect fit for our customers!
